Luca Mucci (Milan, Italy)

Luca's interest in music began in his early childhood when he started to study classic piano (which remains his favorite instrument) in a private institute. He discovered computer and electronic music in 2005, creating his early productions with Reason and, especially, Ableton Live. Luca then deepened his knowledge by attending IDTM institute (Milan) and studying Mixing and Post-Production Techniques with Cubase, and Sound Design and Synthesis. At the same time, he started playing in the Milan underground techno and drum'n'bass scene, using Ableton Live in his performances. He worked as a sound designer, with Mauro Abbatiello (PFM, Venditti, Marina Rei), for Walt Disney and Mediaset. At present, while studying computer engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Luca teaches Ableton Live at 4CMP institute in Milan. His classes, which are typically composed of 5-6 students with personal workstations, range from Live Basics to Advanced Production/Live Performance Techniques.
